Flight Advisory: Cancellation of flights due to Volcanic Eruption


‪#‎CEBAdvisory‬: Please be advised that Cebu Pacific flights to/from Bali tomorrow, August 8, 2015, have been cancelled due to volcanic ash clouding the vicinity of the Ngurah Rai International Airport (or Denpasar International Airport):

5J 279 / 5J 280 Manila – Denpasar – Manila

CEB arranged additional flights to re-accommodate the affected passengers.


Due to volcanic ash clouding the vicinity of the Ngurah Rai International Airport (or Denpasar International Airport) in Bali, Indonesia, the following Cebu Pacific flights scheduled tomorrow, August 8, 2015, have been cancelled:​

5J 279 / 5J 280    Manila – Denpasar – Manila



CEB arranged additional flights to re-accommodate the affected passengers. These flights are scheduled on August 9, 2015 (Sunday), subject to the improvement of flying conditions:

5J 279D                 Manila – Denpasar (ETD 4:00AM, ETA 7:50AM)

5J 280D                 Denpasar – Manila (ETD 8:35AM, ETA 12:25PM)



Those who are unable to fly via these flights may avail any of the following options without additional charges:

rebook their flights for travel within 30 days from original departure date; or
opt for full refund or travel fund.
